If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all clients, prospective clients, and visitors.
Haive Studio offers branding, UI/UX design, website design and development, no-code development, and related creative and digital services.
All deliverables are created based on the scope, timeline, and terms agreed in writing with each client, whether through a proposal, contract, or subscription agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and any materials required for your project in a timely manner. Delays in providing feedback or materials may affect project timelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, trademarks, or materials you provide to us do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Payments are due as set out in your project agreement or subscription plan. For project-based work, an upfront deposit may be required before work begins.
Late payments may result in a pause of active work, delayed delivery, or additional fees. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be paused or cancelled as described in your plan.
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Haive Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any tools, frameworks, or internal assets developed by Haive Studio prior to or independent of a project remain our property.
Users may not:
• Use our Site or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• Copy, modify, or distribute Haive Studio’s intellectual property without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our Site or systems.
Haive Studio is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
• Delays or issues caused by client-provided content, third-party tools, or platforms outside our control.
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of deliverables after handover.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms, including non-payment. Outstanding fees for work completed remain payable upon termination.
Clients may terminate a project or subscription in accordance with the notice terms set out in their agreement.
Haive Studio may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and operational reasons. The
